It's easy to transfer video files to play on your video iPod.
Prepare for copying files.
1. Make sure that iTunes is installed on your computer. If you do not have it installed, you can download it from iTunes.com for free.
2. If iTunes is installed open iTunes and connect your iPod to your PC using a USB cable.
3. Go to the folder where the goxpod.com .mp4 movie file was downloaded to.
4. Drag'n'Drop the .mp4 file over to iTunes
5. iTunes will auto-update your iPod If it does not you can simply copy the Video right over to your iPod
