• If I buy this movie for one device (PSP or iPod), can I also download it for another device?
  Any movie you buy is available to you for download as many times as you want and in any of the formats available. For instance, if you buy the movie for your PSP but you also have an iPod, you may also download it for that device as well. There will not be any additional charges.
• Can I preview the movies before I buy them?
  You will have unlimited access to view any number of still photos for each video. This should give you a good idea of what you will have to look forward to in the video.
• What happens if I lose or delete the video after I download it?
  After you purchase a video it is yours to download as many times as you would like. The video will be stored in your MyDownloads Folder. You will have full access to download the video as many times as you wish.
• Is there support available if I am having problems viewing my movies?
  You can always email our technical support department at support@goxpod.com or Call 800-395-7298 x152 weekdays 9am - 5pm EST. We will be more than happy to help you with any technical problems related to viewing movies on your portable device.
• What will appear on my credit card when I purchase these movies?
  For your privacy, charges on your credit card will appear as "Met DHD 8009355771".
• Why do you need my personal information to create an account?
  Your personal information is required to bill your credit card for movies you purchase. This is strictly a security measure, and is in place to protect you, the customer. This information is used to validate that an authorized user is actually making the purchase and helps deter fraud. Your information WILL NEVER be sold or provided to any third-party.
• Will my email address or other contact information ever be sold or provided to a third-party?
  Your information WILL NEVER be sold or provided to any third-party.
• If I purchase movies then become an Unlimited Downloads member, what happens if I eventually cancel my membership?
  Any movies you purchase will remain yours even if you eventually decide to cancel your Unlimited Downloads Membership. They can always be accessed through you're MyDownloads folder as your free membership will remain active.
• Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
  You may cancel at anytime via our cancellation form or by sending an email to goxpodbill@dhdmedia.com. Please include the word cancellation in the subject line and provide details such as email address used to sign up, username, password and reason for cancellation.
• Will these movies work on my iPod?
  Yes as long as you have a video compatible iPod. Once loaded onto your iPod, you should be able to view these movies just like any other video you load onto your iPod.
• How hard is it to put these movies on my iPod?
  It is actually very easy to put these movies on your iPod. We have provided a Tutorial to help you every step of the way! Check out our step by step tutorials!
• What do I need to be able to view these movies on my iPod?
  The only items you will need are a USB cable and iTunes, which can be installed from the CD that came with your iPod or download the latest version free at http://www.apple.com/itunes/download.
